Hi, so actually I have been meaning to call or email u guys. I’ve ordered in the past from u guys this same product & was able to have it personalized thru ur company, this time I wasn’t able to do that & had to wait for it to get shipped & then pay sm1 else extra & having to go back & forth to get it done, I was annoyed of this process because it would’ve been easier for ur company to have done it. Also one of the bags came in dirty from back, & im upset bout that also.
