MSC Online Policies
All orders are shipped First Class (up to 15oz) / Priority (over 15oz) service from our warehouse Monday through Friday within two business days unless Overnight shipping is requested. We do not ship Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
Orders with overnight shipping placed prior to 1pm will ship same day. If the order is placed after 1pm, it will ship the next business day.
The dates given at checkout are the ESTIMATED number days provided to us by the individual carriers. They are not a guarantee by the provider or by Mainstreet Collection Online. MSC ONLINE can not be responsible for delays incurred by third party postage and freight providers.
Mainstreet Collection Online Returns
Items purchased from a Mainstreet Collection retailer cannot be returned to Mainstreet Collection.
Please inspect your order! If you received a damaged or defective item please fill out the Return Form. You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery and all products must be in the condition you received. If our Customer Service Department receives your return past the 14th day of delivery or the return does not meet the guidelines as outlined below, the items are not eligible for return. Please view the return form here.
All monogrammed products are final sale and cannot be returned. If you are unhappy, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Mainstreet Collection Return Process
- Please print and fill out the return form found here.
- Enclose a copy of the order receipt, packing slip, and/or invoice with the return form.
- Returns must be packed well. We recommend using the original packing material or comparable material and insuring the return. Mainstreet Collection Online is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- The return will be denied if the item has been washed or worn.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable.
- Please note that it takes 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location. Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an e-mail from Mainstreet Collection Online confirming this. We will credit for the product only once received.
- You will be refunded the original purchase price once we receive the item. It can take 7 to 10 business days to be reflected on your credit card.
- All returns will only be credited to the original purchasing credit card number.
Returning a Gift
If you receive a Mainstreet Collection item from our website as a gift you may exchange the item within 30 days for an equal or lesser value. Please contact customer service at email@example.com to begin the process.
Please note, if your gift was purchased from a Mainstreet Collection retailer we are unable to accept your return.
Personalized Item Disclaimer
The preview you approve is created with the exact monogram font that will appear on your item and to give you an estimate of how your monogram will appear on the product. Due to the digital rendering between your computer screen and the production there may be some slight differences. This generally occurs in the spacing between letters, boldness of the font and placement. We can not be responsible for how the color is represented on each computer screen, however, the options we have made available to you on each product are the colors and shades that we believe look best with that individual product.
Our creative designers will use their best judgement and experience in creating your personalized item. By agreeing to this disclaimer, you are giving us the creative rights to adjust something slightly without contacting you.
If you do not like what you've seen on the screen, do not approve this. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your concerns. If you contact us after the order has been placed, it may be too late to make changes or stop the production. We will not be able to make refunds at this point.
Damages or Incorrect Merchandise
We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment but accidents happen. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. If you discover an item has a defect or was damaged during transit, we will accept the item for replacement or credit.
Depending on the nature of the damage, you will either need to return the item or safely dispose of it. This will be determined after communication with Mainstreet Collection Online Customer Service. You will not be charged for return or replacement shipping. Please complete the Return Form to begin the process.
