Received broken

One of the frames I ordered was broken. I requested a refund or a replacement, and I have not heard back. It has been two weeks.

Dana, We reached out to you regarding your request after seeing your review. Sent an email regarding this and ask you to please resend your request. We checked all available channels and we never received your request for a refund on 1 out of 3 frames that were broken. We are very happy to reship or refund. Whatever you would like. Very sorry that you gave a 1 star review for a request that we never received. Resend the request and have still never heard from you.

Sad b/c never got glass replacement

Hi the 4x6 frame i ordered and received with glass broken! I contacted you about broken glass you were suppose to mail out another one but I never received it. So, I have not been able to use it! Sad
