Received broken

One of the frames I ordered was broken. I requested a refund or a replacement, and I have not heard back. It has been two weeks.

We checked all available channels and we never received your request for a refund on 1 out of 3 frames that were broken. We are very happy to reship or refund. Whatever you would like. Very sorry that you gave a 1 star review for a request that we never received. Resend the request and have still never heard from you.

Sad b/c never got glass replacement

Hi the 4x6 frame i ordered and received with glass broken! I contacted you about broken glass you were suppose to mail out another one but I never received it. So, I have not been able to use it! Sad
