The preview you approve is created with the exact monogram font that will appear on your item and to give you an estimate of how your monogram will appear on the product. Due to the digital rendering between your computer screen and the production there may be some slight differences. This generally occurs in the spacing between letters, boldness of the font and placement. We can not be responsible for how the color is represented on each computer screen, however, the options we have made available to you on each product are the colors and shades that we believe look best with that individual product.

Our creative designers will use their best judgement and experience in creating your personalized item. By agreeing to this disclaimer, you are giving us the creative rights to adjust something slightly without contacting you.

If you do not like what you've seen on the screen, do not approve this. Please contact orders@mainstreetcollectiononline.com to discuss your concerns. If you contact us after the order has been placed, it may be too late to make changes or stop the production. We will not be able to make refunds at this point.
